1 cup balsamic vinegar
5 teaspoons dark brown sugar
2 tablespoon chopped garlic/garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2.5 cups olive oil
various herbs according to taste (Italian mix or basil, oregano, crushed rosemary)
1. Put all into a mason jar and shake.
2. Store in cabinet when and use as needed.
