85vw, 587px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When I was studying Hegel and Freud with <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Slavoj_\u017di\u017eek\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Slavoj \u017di\u017eek <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Avital_Ronell\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Avital Ronell<\/a> at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyu.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New York University<\/a>, we were given a vast bibliography with which to .<\/p>\n<p>Science of Logic was easily one of the most difficult books that I&#8217;ve ever read, and were it not for <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2iVm131\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Picturing Hegel: An Illustrated Guide to Hegel&#8217;s Logic<\/a> I imagine it would have taken me much longer to grasp .<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/fass.kingston.ac.uk\/research\/crmep\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centre for Research in Modern European Philosophy (CRMEP)<\/a> presented a one day\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/backdoorbroadcasting.net\/2017\/12\/hegels-logic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lecture on Hegel&#8217;s Science of Logic<\/a> along with questions from the audience.<\/p>\n<p>Speakers include Peter Osbourne, Catherine Malabou and\u00a0Howard Caygill.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve yet to listen to the lectures and questions, I&#8217;m kind of posting this here as a reminder for me to come back to this later, but suffice it to say I am very excited to listen to this as\u00a0Catherine Malabou&#8217;s \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2iUatwL\">The Future of Hegel: Plasticity, Temporality and Dialiectic<\/a>\u00a0was one of my favorite books while at NYU.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-attachment-id=\"3596\"
