state that the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela is the president of the company<\/li>\n<li class=\"\">TeleSUR\u2019s budget is paid by the functionaries of the Nicolas Maduro government<\/li>\n<li class=\"\">The PSUV\u2019s Redbook (Nicolas Maduro\u2019s party) &#8211; states that \u201cTeleSUR\u2026 was created to fight and defeat imperialism.\u201d<\/li>\n<li class=\"\">The former President of TeleSUR, Hugo Chavez Frias,\u00a0writing in his official <strong>Venezuela\u2019s Program for the Homeland 203-2019<\/strong> &#8211; \u00a0that their goal is to \u201cStrengthen the multi-State\u00a0Telesur\u00a0television and radio networks and Radio del Sur, together with their respective electronic platforms\u2026 in order to disseminate the truth\u00a0of our peoples and\u00a0<em>break the information blockade and censorship to which the peoples of imperialist powers are subject to by the transnational communication\u00a0corporations<\/em>.\u201d<\/li>\n<li class=\"\">The director of the Ministry of Popular Power for Communication and Information &#8211; who advises the Director of TeleSUR Patricia Villegas &#8211; stated in 2015 to the National Assembly that: \u201cTeleSUR is\u00a0oriented to promote a strategy that deepens the new socialist values and ethics\u201d<\/li>\n<li class=\"\">TeleSUR\u2019s official partnership with Russia\u2019s RT &#8211; is required to register under FARA.<\/li>\n<li class=\"\">The official one-sided coverage and unofficial distribution and support networks are functionally operational to a political party press.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>meet these qualifications according to the legal definitions?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<p>Additionally, does not their promotion of violent content and anti-voting messaging, amongst all of the above reasons, indicate that the &#8220;news&#8221;
