BOLIVARIAN FIRE<\/h1>\n

To comrade President Hugo Rafael Ch\u00e1vez Fr\u00edas, tireless soldier of the Bolivarian cause.<\/em><\/p>\n

Like huge thunder that shakes tyrants
\nlightning in the plain and in the mountains
\nwake up all the peoples of the whole america
\nGiving the longed for time at dawn
\nwith a new sun that shines for the poor; and
\nIt’s soul of arcabuces that homeland shoot
\nextending friendly hands that protect us
\nwith its mighty fire of amerindian sap
\nfirm and sound revolutionary audacity
\neverlasting light of the future that is prepared.<\/p>\n

With full love for humanity and justice
\nthe ideal of Gran Colombia is proclaimed
\nas a clean fountain that freedom spills
\nand growing unity without greed stains;
\nIt is the genius of Bolivar who sponsors everything
\nto see our America Our confederated
\nand be born from the universe, so, as a sword
\nthat breaks the chains and yokes of opprobrium
\nand the stressed ways that express overwhelm
\nuntil you hear his best tune of glory<\/p>\n

Impossible to forget the sublime purpose
\nthe church of dignity that said it all
\nthat with swift blood of heroes found his way
\nreminding us that you don’t exempt yourself from battle
\nwho thinks of the fight as the weapon that redeems.
\nNo one doubts that the day follows the night
\nnor that national daughters of their rebellion
\nwith their sparks of throw they will light the meadow
\nfanning the flame of his warrior people
\nand the sacred fire against tyranny.<\/p>\n

FUEGO BOLIVARIANO<\/h3>\n

Al compa\u00f1ero Presidente Hugo Rafael Ch\u00e1vez Fr\u00edas, incansable soldado de la causa bolivariana.<\/em><\/p>\n

Como enorme trueno que a tiranos estremece
\nun rel\u00e1mpago en el llano y en la cordillera
\ndespierta a todos los pueblos de Am\u00e9rica entera
\ndando la anhelada hora en que ya amanece
\ncon un nuevo sol que para los pobres resplandece; y
\nes alma de arcabuces que patria disparan
\nextendiendo manos amigas que nos amparan
\ncon su fuego caudaloso de amerindia savia
\nfirme y atinada audacia revolucionaria
\nsempiterna luz del futuro que se prepara.<\/p>\n

Con pleno amor a la humanidad y a la justicia
\nel ideal de la Gran Colombia se proclama
\ncomo limpio fontanal que libertad derrama
\ny crecientes de unidad sin manchas de avaricia;
\nes el genio de Bol\u00edvar quien todo lo auspicia
\npara ver laAm\u00e9rica Nuestra confederada
\ny nacer del universo, entonces, como espada
\nque rompa las cadenas y yugos del oprobio
\ny las hincadas maneras que expresan agobio
\nhasta escuchar de la gloria su mejor tonada<\/p>\n

Imposible olvidar el prop\u00f3sito sublime
\nla c\u00e1tedra de dignidad que lo dijo todo
\nque con rauda sangre de h\u00e9roes encontr\u00f3 su modo
\nrecord\u00e1ndonos que de batallar no se exime
\nquien piensa en la lucha como el arma que redime.
\nNadie duda que a la noche le sigue el d\u00eda
\nni que naciones hijas de su rebeld\u00eda
\ncon sus chispas de arrojo encender\u00e1n la pradera
\navivando la llama de su gente guerrera
\ny el sagrado fuego contra la tiran\u00eda.<\/p>\n
